If the link doesn’t open, we suggest you open your web browser directly, and then copy and paste the Retail Reward Link into your URL. If you continue to have problems using your Retail Reward Link, we can allow you to view and click on your link directly on our webpage by clicking here. If you are still having problems using your Retail Reward Link, you should contact the specific retailer that it’s for. That is not eGiftCardFuldillment.com.

Where is my Retail Reward? 
In order to receive your Retail Reward, there is a specific process that all users must complete. This process was created to ensure the highest standard of user security. Upon being directed to eGift Card Fulfillment, all users should have at this point received a 16-digit PIN (This is your eGift Card Fulfillment PIN). Once a user has gotten that PIN they should confirm it on eGift Card Fulfillment. After a user has confirmed their eGift Card Fulfillment PIN, and completed the Multistep Security Verification Process, they should be able to choose their Retail Reward Link. Only after the user has chosen their reward, then eGift Card Fulfillment will then send another email containing a live Retail Reward Link inside. The Retail Reward Link in this email is the one that is going to be used to get their gift card for the specific retailer (Walmart, Target, Sears, etc.).

Can I confirm multiple eGift Card Fulfillment PINs?
In certain instances, a business or entity might send multiple eGift Card Fulfillment PINs to a user. In this case, a user is able to confirm multiple eGift Card Fulfillment PINs.


Can I combine my multiple eGift Card Fulfillment PINs to get one larger Retail Reward?
No. eGift Card Fulfillment does not combine PINs to create a larger value Retail Reward. However, if you have multiple eGift Card Fulfillment PINs, you can individually confirm them. An example would be if a business or entity has given you two $25 Walmart Gift Cards. eGift Card Fulfillment will not combine the cards to create one $50 Walmart Gift Card. Instead, you will get two electronically delivered $25 Walmart Gift Cards.


Can I use my eGift Card Fulfillment PIN on a Retailer’s website?
